With profound sadness and gratitude, we bid goodbye to our dear +Sr. Mary Lucia Nakakawaji Kyoko of Toyonaka Community in Japan. Sister Lucia went home to God in the morning of January 29, 2025. She would have turned 94 this coming March. Born on March 2, 1931, Sr Lucia made her first profession of vows on February 2, 1960 and her perpetual vows on March 19, 1966. We thank our Good Shepherd for the gift of her long, full life and for the 65 years she spent in mission as an apostolic sister of the Good Shepherd.
