This has been a yearly activity of the community. Proclamation No. 643 -2004 by then President Arroyo institutionalized Arbor Day, to be observed by the whole nation&nbsp;&nbsp;by \u201cplanting trees and ornamental plants and other forms of relevant activities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, our sisters from Baguio have also been sending us these photos of their abundant<br>harvests from the Laudato Si&#8217; farm in La Union and from the
